As of April 2016, there are 225 reviews of Leapforce on Glassdoor, many of which were written by current employees. They span a time range of a couple of years, but the most recent ones are at the top of the thread, and quite a few are from the past few weeks and months. Fifty people also describe and rate the process of getting the job at Leapforce on the Interview tab of Glassdoor.
The majority of the reviews now (April 2016) are more positive than they were a couple years ago, so maybe things there have improved. Eighty percent of the reviewers say they would recommend the job to a friend. Reviewers focus on the benefits of being able to work at home with flexible (if unpredictable) hours at a job that is not a scam.
(Tip: After a few page views Glassdoor fogs up its glass and wants you to register, and that's not a bad idea; it's a decent website. But if you don't feel like registering right that minute, copy the URL and paste it into a private browser window. Then you're good to go again for another few page views.)
